TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to DEVERENT. This website and related ticketing services are operated by the DEVERENT team (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). By browsing this website, purchasing tickets, or participating in our events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Ticket Sales & Event Registration

  • Ticketing System: DEVERENT is a series of urban multicultural experiential events. All events operate on a paid-ticket registration basis. Entrance is granted only after successful payment through our designated ticketing platforms (e.g., Cūmén, Eventbrite, or this website).

  • Fluidity of Events: Our event formats and themes are highly diverse and non-restricted (including but not limited to deep dialogues, cultural rituals, art creations, etc.). Specific details, time, and location of each event are subject to the final announcement on the ticketing page.

  • Refund and Transfer Policy: Unless an event is canceled or rescheduled due to force majeure, all ticket sales are [non-refundable in principle, but transfer to another person is permitted 14 days prior to the event / subject to the refund rules of the respective ticketing platform].

2. Event Code of Conduct

  • Embracing Diversity and Differences: DEVERENT is dedicated to promoting multicultural integration. We require all participants to respect different cultural backgrounds, diversity, and individual differences.

  • Zero Tolerance for Discrimination: Any form of discrimination, harassment, verbal assault, or disrespect towards others' opinions is strictly prohibited. The organizers reserve the right to remove any individual violating this code from the venue without a refund.

3. On-site Media Capture & Consent (Crucial Clause)

  • Media & Publishing Purposes: DEVERENT’s long-term roadmap includes independent media publishing and non-profit organization (NPO) initiatives. To document multicultural experiences and individual stories, high-quality photography, videography, and audio recordings will be conducted at our event venues.

  • Image and Likeness Authorization: By purchasing a ticket and attending our events, you hereby grant DEVERENT a royalty-free, perpetual right and license to capture your image, voice, and on-site statements, and to use such media assets for future marketing, social media, website displays, independent magazine publishing, or NPO cultural advocacy. If you have specific privacy concerns, please inform our on-site staff before the event begins.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • You understand and agree that your participation in our experiential events (including but not limited to hands-on workshops, food and beverage tastings) is at your own risk. DEVERENT shall not be legally liable for any direct or indirect loss or damages arising from personal reasons or force majeure.

5. Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will become effective immediately upon being posted on this website.
